Have you ever wanted to learn to sew

Would you like to have an Apron Party

I was recently asked to do and Apron Party, and I said why not lets try it.  Everyone that came had a great time, good conversation and wonderful food was had by all on the night.  Everyone at the party was able to go though all my aprons and try them on to see which one fit there personalities best.  Everyone was very nice and I know that the ladies left happy buying what they liked most.

Holiday Boutiques coming up soon

I am one that likes to go to the Holiday Boutiques in my area and I wanted to just pass along some info that I found.  On Sunday 10/21 there is a Boutique at Whittier Christian High School from 1pm till 5pm. November 9th, 10th, and 11th The Walnut House of Treasures in La Habra will be hosting there Boutique.  There time are different each day but there are pretty much open from late morning till late afternoon.  I am really looking forward to this one.  Finally I heard about Holiday Boutique at the Lakewood First United Methodist Church in Bellflower 11/17 from 10am - 5pm.  This is not as close to me but it looks like it might be worth the time.  These are just a few coming up I hope to keep a list going on this blog.  If you know of any Boutiques that are coming up soon or would like for me to blog about please send me a message.  Like I said I always look forward to these shows and would love to be able talk about it for other to see.

I wanted to share a sample of what I have been making as far as aprons go.  This is an apron that I made and sold the same day, I also made a dress for my daughter out of it.  If you like it I can look for this material again and make some more.

And here is a men's apron just to show you that I can make one for you Husband or boy friend as well.  This is perfect for fathers day so that he can BBQ those hamburgers in style.

Michelle's Aprons and Creations

I have been making aprons and other things like Quilts, Place Mats, and other things for years now.  But most of what I have made has been for family and friends.  People have always told me that I should sell to the public, well now is the time.   We are like most people just trying to keep our heads above water until things start to get better, and selling these items has been a big help so I wanted to expand my customer base.
